The multi pan coating machine can realize the exchange of coating drums with different volumes and different baffles, which can meet different production processes and batch production requirements.

For batch size bigger than 75 Kg, coating drums are in the form of double-helix baffle. For batch size below 75 Kg, mixing baffle use traditional design.

The interchange drum size is half the volume of the largest type of coating drum. When replacing the coating pan, the original coating pan needs to be pulled out first, then the coating pan to be replaced is pushed into the main chamber. The entire replacement process is quick and easy.

Two positioning pin holes are arranged in the lower part of the main machine, and are locked after being positioned and docked with the coating pan trolley. At this time, the coating pan trolley’s track and the host track are automatically aligned, and the coating pan can be pushed into the main chamber. The coating pan and the rear part of the main machine are also fast-positioned and docked, which is characterized by simple and quick operation and high strength.
